Report Writing
We are Report Writing experts, with exceptional proficiency in PeopleSoft nVision. Moreover, we are equally proficient in writing reports in any other software, Crystal, Query, Excel, etc. There is NO report we cannot write and write with absolute clarity and ease to the reader/audience, with of course, a Rock Solid foundation. We have had Oracle themselves tell us that our reports were “some of the best they had ever seen and absolutely brilliant in their approach, design and layout.”
Why do we stress Report Writing so much? Because at the end of the day, most projects usually boil down to reports, or more correctly: Information. And who benefits from outstanding reports and savings of hours of unnecessary, frustrating work? The day to day users, management, executives, external folks (auditors, banks, etc.) - pretty much everyone!
Post Production Support
Post Production Support (PPS) is a very underestimated phase. This is the time when you are now live with your new system – the Project is over, right? Wrong, very wrong. PPS is SO important to the knowledge transfer and total user experience – this 2-3 month time frame is crucial to your new system and its users in so many ways. We at Rock Solid Consulting LLC value this Project Phase in high regard – we do not just “walk away” now that the system is live.
